THE GOSPEL WARNINGS
Christ said, “Enter by the narrow gate; for wide is the gate and broad is the way that leads to destruction, and there are many who go in by it. Because narrow is the gate and difficult is the way which leads to life, and there are few who find it” (Matthew 7:13-14). Are many Christians unwittingly on the broad way that leads to destruction? He warned us, and said, “Beware of false prophets, who come to you in sheep’s clothing, but inwardly they are ravenous wolves. You will know them by their fruits. Do men gather grapes from thornbushes or figs from thistles? Even so, every good tree bears good fruit, but a bad tree bears bad fruit. A good tree cannot bear bad fruit, nor can a bad tree bear good fruit. Every tree that does not bear good fruit is cut down and thrown into the fire. Therefore by their fruits, you will know them” (Matthew 7:15-20). He further stated in Matthew 7:21-23, “Not everyone who says to Me, ‘Lord, Lord,’ shall enter the kingdom of heaven, but he who does the will of My Father in heaven. Many will say to Me on that day, ‘Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in Your name, cast out demons in Your name, and done many wonders in Your name?’ And then I will declare to them, ‘I never knew you; depart from Me, you who practice lawlessness!’” We must know the way of salvation as revealed from Heaven! “For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life. For God did not send His Son into the world to condemn the world, but that the world through Him might be saved. ‘He who believes in Him is not condemned; but he who does not believe is condemned already, because he has not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God’” (John 3:16-18). No one seems to notice, that if one would deny the actual revealed name of the Savior, that one already stands condemned. Did you know that the name Jesus has only existed since the 17th century? If God never revealed the name, of Jesus, then those who propagate the name of Jesus, proffer a counterfeit name, and are workers of Lawlessness. Why do Christians think that none of what is said here applies to them? Why would these warnings be found in the Gospel except that they apply to those who think they are following Christ, but are following “the Traditions of Men,” making them of the “many,” as stated in Matthew 7:13-14, “for wide is the gate and broad is the way that leads to destruction, and there are ‘many’ who go in by it”? Why do so many Christians not understand that “there are few who find it” among them?
Why do so many Christians hold to the name, “Jesus”, when the Father never revealed this name as the name of salvation? Oh, because they say, “I have seen demons cast out in the name of Jesus!” Or, they say, “I have seen wonders in the name of Jesus!” Historians tell us that Christ was never known in His lifetime as “Jesus”, as the eminent historian Ernest Renan has emphatically stated in his book, The Life of Jesus, p. 90. Again, they do not heed this warning from Christ, found in Matthew 7: 21-23. Listen, you, who unwittingly, practice lawlessness when you hold to a commandment, revelation, and specifically a name never revealed by God. You practice lawlessness when you hold to the traditions of men that make void the word of God! Why do Christians not heed the warnings? And yet hold to “the Traditions of Men”? This warning is found in Mark 7: 5-8, “Then the Pharisees and scribes asked Him, “Why do Your disciples not walk according to the tradition of the elders…?” He answered and said to them, “Well did Isaiah prophesy of you hypocrites, as it is written: ‘This people honors Me with their lips, but their heart is far from Me. And in vain they worship Me, teaching as doctrines the commandments of men.’ For laying aside the commandment of God, you hold to the tradition of men…” Do you worship Christ in vain holding to the traditions of men, which are now according to Christian leaders, who ignore the commandments and the will of God blinded by their own traditions? Do you give lip service to Christ, but your heart is far from Him, as you are emotionally attached to a name or names, or even traditions, never revealed by the will of the Father? Why do you hold to a name as His name or names, such as the names Jesus, Iesus, Iesous, etc., or even Jehovah, never revealed by God? What is the name which is the name above every name by which we must be saved? These names were never given by the will of the Father and God of our Lord and Savior, who is our only God, our Rock (Isaiah 44:6-8, compared with 1 Corinthians 10:1-4), according to the will of the Father until all things are fulfilled! Holding to things, traditions, or names, never revealed by God makes you one who practices lawlessness! Each one of us is to know the truth, for our Savior instructed us “Ask, and it will be given to you; seek, and you will find; knock, and it will be opened to you. For everyone who asks receives, and he who seeks finds, and to him who knocks it will be opened” (Matthew 7:7-8). Yet, very few Christians ask for His will in all things. Why do so many Christians not realize that the name “Jesus” (or “Jehovah,” Yehovah) has only existed, historically, in its (or their) present form since the 17th century, and a name (like the name Jesus) that was never given as the name of salvation by the angel that announced the coming of the Savior to Joseph, who was betrothed to Mary, the mother of Christ? Behold the only name of salvation, YAHSHUA! “Nor is there salvation in any other, for there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved” (Acts 4:12). Halleluyah, meaning “Praise YAH” as found in Strong's Dictionary of Bible Words: in Hebrew: Strong’s #3050. יָהּ (YAH) -- “the name of the God of Israel…” Strong's Concordance for: “YAH: the name of the God of Israel. The Original Word: יָהּ Part of Speech: Proper Name Transliteration: YAH! Phonetic Spelling: “yaw.” The Definition: HaYAH, the name of YAH is “the I AM,” as revealed from God, who told Moses, indeed God said, “HaYAH Ashar HaYAH,” which means: “the I AM Who the I AM,” Behold, “the Name which is above every name,” The Essential name of God is ‘YAH’ given to the Messiah, the Christ, who is called YAHSHUA! The apostle Paul on the road to Damascus heard Christ tell him His name in Hebrew (Acts 26:14-15). YAHSHUA means, “I AM Salvation.”
Why is the name “Jesus” a false name for Christ? Because the name “Jesus” was never revealed to anyone by God. It is a name that has existed in its present form only since the 17th century. Also the name “Jesus” is not Hebrew. The name Yeshua has evolved linguistically over time into an entirely different name, Jesus, with no intrinsic meaning regarding salvation. The name “Jesus” is Latin, from the name “Iesus”, which for centuries was the English name for Christ, pronounced “ee-sus” (see the 1611 English King James Version), and the name Iesus was transformed from the Greek name Iesous, which is a transliteration of the Aramaic name “Yeshua”, however, the name “Yeshua” does not have “the name which is above every name,” which is “YAH”.
The apostle Paul, who heard the name of the Messiah in Hebrew, and therefore, never heard of the name Jesus, wrote, “Therefore God also has highly exalted Him and given Him the name {YAH} which is above every name, that at the name of YAHSHUA every knee should bow, of those in heaven, and of those on earth, and of those under the earth, and that every tongue should confess that YAHSHUA the Christ is LORD, to the glory of God the Father” (Philippians 2:9-11). Finally, when the Sanhedrin, the Jewish Court, heard the testimony of the apostle Peter, as he testified in the name of YAHSHUA, and upon hearing the name {YAH} in His name, they commanded them not to preach in that name (Acts 4:12-20). The apostles knew the very name, YAHSHUA, the very name of salvation as revealed by God, and it was given through an angel (Matthew 1:21). So successful were the Jews and Hellenistic Christians, knowingly and unknowingly, in hiding the true name of salvation, YAHSHUA, that today many think of the name as a philological impossibility. And yet another warning is not fully understood, indeed, “So the great dragon… that serpent of old, called the Devil and Satan, who deceives the whole world…” has made his deception complete by hiding the name of salvation (Revelation 12:9).
Praise be to the Lord YAHSHUA, who reveals His name to His saints, the very name “YAHSHUA,” “Nor is there salvation in any other, for there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved” (Acts 4:12). “And now, O priests (pastors, teachers, and evangelists), this commandment is for you. If you will not hear, And if you will not takeitto heart, To give glory to My name,” Says theLordof hosts, “I will send a curse upon you, And I will curse your blessings. Yes, I have cursed them already because you do not take it to heart” (Malachi 2:1-2). Halleluyah, Praise YAH, Praise YAHSHUA
